This Return and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through authorized marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart, where we operate under Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and Flipkart Smart Fulfilment services.

Replacement Policy

We follow a Replacement Only policy. Customers may request a replacement within 15 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item).
  • The product was received in a damaged or leaked condition.
  • Packaging was compromised or tampered during shipment.
  • The product is expired or has seal-related defects (if applicable).

All replacement requests must be initiated via the respective marketplace's return center/system. Marketplace teams will handle the logistics and validation process.

Non-Eligible for Return or Replacement

Returns or replacements will not be accepted under the following scenarios:

  • Product has been opened or partially used.
  • Request is raised after the 15-day window.
  • No physical damage or issue is reported upon delivery verification.
  • The product is returned without original packaging or accessories (if any).

Note: As NANOEFX is a consumable product, partially used bottles are not eligible for return due to health and safety standards.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.
  • Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Marketplace-specific cancellation timelines and options apply and should be followed accordingly.
